Micah is our in-house Licensed Massage Therapist, and she brings a focused, clinical approach to every session. “I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point, and much more. Let me help you with all your massage needs!”
This is not a spa. Micah works primarily with patients who have musculoskeletal complaints — tight muscles from poor posture, injuries that haven't fully resolved, chronic neck and shoulder tension, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Because Micah works directly alongside Dr. Nance, your massage sessions are coordinated with your chiropractic care. A spinal adjustment works better when the surrounding muscles are released first. Massage also extends the time between flare-ups by keeping the soft tissue supple and responsive.
Sessions are available in 30, 60, and 90-minute increments. Micah will adjust pressure and technique based on your goals and tolerance. If you've had a massage elsewhere and felt like it missed the mark, describe that to Micah before you start — she'll adapt.

Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. We do have an up to 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
